Arthur Anatomy and D.W. Diorama Stuffed Animals
The PBS x Ad Council partnership will release “Arthur Anatomy” and “D. W. Diorama” dolls- plush stuffed animals to teach young children about their genitals. The “Arthur Anatomy” doll will have the genitalia of a person who is assigned male at birth. Next to the specific genitalia will be a small label naming each part with its term. “Vagina” will be labeled next to D. W. Diorama' Doll’s vagina, for example. With these plushes, children will be able to practice and learn the correct terms for respective private parts and become more confidently able to talk about them.
